Rooting Xperia Z, ZL, ZR, L, SP, P, J Locked and Unlocked Bootloader[FW: .31 and .21]

[ NOTE ]

this WILL WORK on both LOCKED & UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER DEVICES!
Only above listed Xperia devices running Jelly Bean.
JB firmware: .21 and .31 only!

[ how to root ]
Go to settings > Developer Tools> USB debugging on
Settings>Security > unknown sources on
Settings>display >Screen Timeout>10 minutes.
just download the file, extract it completely using winzip/winrar
go to the folder where its extracted and execute "RUNME.bat"
read and follow the instructions on the screen!
REBOOT THE DEVICE AFTER THE SCRIPT HAS FINISHED EXECUTION!
