If you are one of those humans who live on WhatsApp might be noticing something in the delivery ticks(✓✓) They turn blue sometimes.
We noticed this today morning. And we found it strange at first.
But when we open the APK we found the blue ticks(✓✓) In the drawable folder. which looked something like this -

We believe WhatsApp is trying to implement the features of BBM which are similar to this,
where in BBM, if the text was send It showed 'S', if Delivered then 'D' and If read by the user than 'R'.
Something like this-
