How to choose the backup software for your android!?

Backup plays the one of the most important role in our devices. We all want to have our data safe after any mishap, flashing a custom ROM or so.

So here Team HotMOD is here to help with the backup app with your requirement.

For *NON-ROOT* devices :

All the non-rooted devices can have a good backup even without superuser priviliges.

Although we cannot backup app data but we can backup apps and little of system data.

For *ROOT* devices

Rooted devices having superuser priviliges can use many backup apps for backing up even the minutest detail of your device.

Most of the rooted devices users keep adding flashed apps customizations and custom ROM’s which require factory data reset wipes our data and causes inconvenience so backup helps a lot.

It can be the best app when flashing a custom rom as it allows individual app apk and data restore with cloud storage in PRO Version.

Having individual app restore helps us having selected apps as per our choice and selected system settings.

2.Nandroid Backup

Nandroid Backup allows us to take a complete backup of the device without leaving even a bit of data. It even takes backup for our ClockWorkMOd Recovery.

Restoring the backup would give us the same experience we had on the device before wiping the data.

But it is not ideal for custom ROM’s as it has  a different set of system settings.

So in conclusion to all the confused modders and users whenever having an app being flashed without data wipe I would suggest Nandroid  Backup for safety and while flashing a Custom ROM Take a Titanium Backup (PRO If possible) for individual app restore.
