How To Root Xperia Neo L

Tools needed:

• SonyEricsson Xperia Flasher by Bin4ry & Androxyde 
• Phone with current Stock Rom 4.1.B.0.631 (but this 631 kernel cannot be unrooted)
• MT11i_4.1.A.0.562 (only this kernel can be rooted)
• MT25 4.1.B.0.631 kernel
• DooMLoRD_v1_Xperia-2011-ICS-ROOT-emu-busybox-su.zip
• CWM 5.5.0.4(xParts) by Vasiulla

How to:

• Neo L > Settings > Xperia > Connectivity > USB Connection Mode > MSC >
• Neo L > Settings > Security > Unknown Sources
• Neo L > Settings > Developer mode > Usb debugging
• Unzip SonyEricsson Xperia Flasher by Bin4ry & Androxyde 
• Install flashtool-0.9.10.1-windows.exe to C:\
• Copy MT11i_4.1.A.0.562.ftf into C:\Flashtool\firmwares
• FlashTool.exe Right click > Run as administrator
• Click Flash icon
• Select flashmode
• Select MT11i and click ok.
• Turn off your Neo L
• Press & hold back button and insert USB cable
• FlashTool will start installing the kernel
• It might fail as windows is now trying to install the driver for MT25i
• Give it some time to finish and start again from step 5.
• Flashing till take about 1 mins.
• Close flashtool.exe
• Take out battery, restart phone. YOU PHONE WILL NOT BOOT! It will only vibrate once.
• Extract DooMLoRD_v1_Xperia-2011-ICS-ROOT-emu-busybox-su.zip
• Run runme.bat
• It will try a few times but should finish in 5mins (it is now rooted!!)
• Disconnect usb, reinsert battery
• Run flashtool.exe
• Click Flash icon
• Select flashmode
• Select MT25i Kernel only and click ok.
• Press & hold back button and insert USB cable
• FlashTool will start restoring the previous kernel
• Restart your phone. It is now rooted.
• Unzip CWM 5.5.0.4(xParts) by Vasiulla
• Run install-cwm1.cmd
• You do not need to turn off the phone. Make sure it is already running
• Plug in USB cable. 
• Should complete in 1 minute
• To run CWM, restart phone
• Once you see SONY logo, repeat press and release Volume Down (-) repeat it until CWM launch.
