If you are a KitKat (4.4+) user,you can get even more features! Nice you say,huh? It doesn't request automatic sync anymore. You can start without it. But you will also miss notifications. On KitKat,you will get few more features like animations and transitions. Icon is still the same. Nice and minimal. It doesn't matter are you running a custom ROM,features will be the same. So,don't worry! App has got minimal RAM consuption. Low-end devices are running it really smooth.
User Interface is little redesigned for better reading e-mails. It looks sleek and easy to use. Way to go,Google!
