Get the Android L Boot Animation on your device now. We all know that the Android L developer preview is only available on the Nexus 5 and Nexus 7. But, we can surely get the 'L' experience on our devices by its ports. Here we bring you the Android L boot animation ported from the developer preview. The best thing about boot animations is that they are independent of the version your device is running. The only thing to be taken care of is the screen resolution. However, the increasing screen sizes of devices have created problems for developers to port boot animations to all devices. Still we've got the best resolutions available for you in the Downloads below. Instructions:
- Take a Nandroid backup of your device. (We are not responsible if anything happens to your device. Comment below if anything goes wrong or if you need help. We will help you in the best way possible.)
- Backup your old /system/media/bootanimation.zip
- Download the Boot Animation zip according to your device
- Rename it to bootanimation.zip
- Push the to /system/media
- Set the permissions to rw-r--r-- (if it isn't already)
- Reboot and enjoy!
