Are you still waiting for the 5.0 update to hit your device? Well, that's already an old news as Google Is now pushing the 5.0.1 update for all the Nexus Devices.
The build being pushed right now is LRX22C Which also expected to hit the android wear devices.
This update mostly looks like a bug fix update with no new notable features.
Android 5.0.1 Factory images are currently available for the NEXUS Tablets - 9,7 and 10.
