When and How can we buy it?
The Sony Xperia Z2 is available for pre-order and is priced variably all over Europe between 600 to 700 Euros ( 51k to 62k INR). It is available in several major European countries and will be soon available in other countries as well.
Good or Bad?
Very, very impressive from Sony this time around, as this flagship out-classes Samsung Galaxy S5 in almost every aspect. A mammoth 3 GB RAM and a 2.3 Quad core processor will give the best performance possible for an Android phone. It also has 16 gigabytes of Internal Memory and a microSD™ card, up to 64 GB which isn't bad either. A highly impressive camera of 20.7 megapixels and a front cam of 2.2 MP. It also has 8x digital zoom, HD video recording (1080p), Image stabiliser, Smile Shutter™, Sony Exmor RS for mobile image sensor, Sweep Panorama, Touch focus, Face detection, SteadyShot™ and White balance as well. 
Talking about the display, the phone has a 5.2”, 16,777,216 colours, Full HD 1920x1080 pixels
TRILUMINOS™ Display for mobile with X-Reality™ for mobile picture engine. It also has multi-touch with up to 10 fingers supported. For Entertainment, the device supports 3D and motion gaming with PlayStation Certified. 3D surround sound, Clear Audio+, xLoud, Clear Bass, Clear Phase™ and Clear stereo also enhance the device.
And there's not really much bloatware in it with the Pre-installed apps being Google Maps for Mobile with Street view, Google Hangouts, Sony Select, Web browser (WebKit), Google Chrome, Google Play, Goolge Voice Search and Google Search.
And lastly, the durability. The flagship is scratch-proof and water resistant.. unless you close the micro SIM and memory card slot firmly. has an impressive IP55/IP58 rating, which makes this slim and sleek smartphone both waterproof and resistant to the tiniest dust particles.
